Signature Seasoning Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
- Serves 1
- 2 Medium potatoes
- Vegetable Oil
- 2-3 Spoons of Signature Seasoning Medium
Method:
- Chop Potatoes into 2/3cm wedges and store in water
- Soak in water for 30 mins, optional
- Remove from water and pat dry as possible.
- Add wedges to a bowl, drizzle over a generous amount of oil, sprinkle over seasoning & mix until well coated.
- Spread evenly in your air fryer and cook on high for 10 mins, give them a shake and cook for another 5-10 mins depending on thickness.
- We served these with Sour cream and sweet chili for dipping!
- Be generous with the oil, to avoid spices burning in the fryer.
- Use the oven instead for 25-30 mins, turning halfway 180-200 degrees Celsius.
- Serve these loaded up, cheese, bacon, BBQ sauce, or minced beef, salsa, guacamole, sour cream, anything will work nicely.
