Delicate Cafe's Creamy Black Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

• 5-6 Black Garlic Cloves
• 2 spring onions
• 225g of cream cheese
• 125g sour cream
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• Toasted sesame seeds, optional

Kitchen Utensils:
Food processor or blender

Method:

• Blend everything together in the food processor/blender until smooth.
• Add to the perfect dip dish and top with toasted sesame seeds.

Hot Tips:

• Top with a dash of toasted sesame oil or a hot chilli oil (optional).
• Use with crusty breads, cheese boards or crackers. You can even pair with mashed potatoes, pastas or really anything your heart desires!
